Found this interesting - they look pretty large, and the color is a thoughtful contrast to the high denom chips. I've enjoyed their daily structure in the past; this would be a cool addition to the tourney experience. (On the negative, too bad they didn't take advantage of the cool things that can be done visually with plaques).

Probably not. I don't hate but them but prefer to use the IPS plaques as part of a special occasion set, not a regular one. It's all personal preference - that's the fun part!

Maybe I'd feel differently if I'd ever played with them. Kind of hard to describe but I feel like they always kind of look like toys - or rather not to be taken seriously given they're almost always made out of some plastic, shiny material and are kind of awkward to play with alongside chips.

nope. i don't even like 43mm chips, especially when they are combined with 39mm.

I love one plaque.

Put (Hide) the hole cards under a plaque, like a card capper, and then ~angle~ plenty of out-of-turn play.

S'great!

Plaques are great and our players loved them. They’re the only thing I miss about going micro stakes.

What I never liked about them was the cost.

Answer: Dice plaques.

A plaque is a plaque is a plaque.

Besides, nice throwback to when none of us cared about chips…
