A forum member @Chicken Rob had them made a few years ago, and very recently sold them to @ImCrossland who then sold them on to the general membership. They've been circulating since then as people try to figure out what they want to do with them and then try to acquire enough to do it. It was a very large set but it's been scattered between many different people.

This post explains how the set came to be (but read a few posts following it for some clarifications). That thread is where these chips first came to light a couple of months ago.
