Ooof. You are spreading a big private game and you spend $350 for chips and a table. I wonder if they’re also sitting in folding chairs.
It does look like one side of the chips have a stamp but it’s still pretty shit in terms of money spent. I know the members here are a different breed, but so far everyone who has seen my setup has been impressed with how good it looks and I probably spent a few hundred more than this guy. Also I am spreading micro stakes and don’t have to worry about security or insuring that the bigger stakes players feel like they’re playing in a quality game. It's amazing how careless some of these places are. I'm seeing a lot of streams/cardrooms with off the shelf cards/chips.
I feel like if you are spreading a game where there’s $50k in play you should know that better tables, chips and cards exist.A lot of people don’t know this awesome site exists so I don’t hold it against them when they buy off-the-shelf cards/chips. I was a victim of not knowing PCF for many years myself. Live and learn! I usually just send them a DM and try to sell sets to everyone I play with. lol
Hell, $350 might be a generous estimate with those chips and table. Zero game security and about the worst chips money can buy. Barf.Ooof. You are spreading a big private game and you spend $350 for chips and a table. I wonder if they’re also sitting in folding chairs.
I can understand that! I have to say I didn’t watch the posted video, but I was attending much bigger games consistently (with known pros) and we were all unaware. Since then, i’ve sold severalI feel like if you are spreading a game where there’s $50k in play you should know that better tables, chips and cards exist.
At least they are custom ceramics. Not stamped metal slug dice chip.I can understand that! I have to say I didn’t watch the posted video, but I was attending much bigger games consistently (with known pros) and we were all unaware. Since then, i’ve sold several
sets to almost everywhere I play! =)
I can’t seem to get this weekly three table 1/3 (every chip same denom except $1000s) to convert though. Some people don’t like change…. View attachment 1210294
You said private but I think my local casino should have no excuses for these plastics, they DO know better:

Well…. both pictured in my post are plastic slugs, Unfortunately not ceramic; Please note: I have nothing against ceramic and consider them one of greats, esp with some of the amazing graphics/colors/artwork they produce. At least they are custom ceramics. Not stamped metal slug dice chip.

I will personally leave a poker game/tourney if it has dice chips and real cash is on the line. Too many produced and too readily avail for my comfort.
Why anyone would play or run a game with those garbage chips when risking real cash is beyond me. Video Says he did a $5000 buy in? I can buy those EXACT chips at the local gas station, complete with plastic rack for $8.99. Easy money.Ooof. You are spreading a big private game and you spend $350 for chips and a table. Yea seems like it would be easy to mix a stack from an aluminum case, even if they are half stamped. Why anyone would play or run a game with those garbage chips when risking real cash is beyond me. ya first one is “showroom poker” or something weird. I’ve invited the host to my vault and deff shown him the ways Unfortunately you can only lead a horse to water, but at least they are not soldI thought the first one was just a chaotic mixed set. The second is still an upgrade over dice chips
