I'm at the age now, that I need to start selling off my chips, which i am starting to do.

But I just keep buying chips.

Since late '05, I just keep doing it now even knowing why !!!!!!

Maybe you meant to post on the Chip-a-holics Anonymous forum site?

You won't find an answer here. We are the enablers!

You DO need more chips.
The chips in the classifieds ARE better than the ones in your closet.
One day you WILL actually put them into play.

Why is easy. There will always be chips you need more than the chips you have.
That doesn't mean you need to sell the chips you have. It just means you need more chips that you don't have.
...........stupid question really

Oooooooohhh, the eternal question.

The eternal answer: I don't know. (n)

Might as well ask: Is there a god?, or; why are we here?....

My chip adventure started out when I was looking for bounty chips for our monthly tournament. Once I saw the bounty chips, I started seeing all kinds of chip options to upgrade from dice chips. Wow! It was a new world that I had never seen. 1500 Majestics later, I've added 830 Grand Victoria's and several random single chips. For why? I have no freakin idea... My wife thinks I'm crazy, but then I showed her some of the pRon on this board and she doesn't think I'm as crazy now.

I don't really understand why I'm so fascinated with chips. They look so grand and magnificent in the photos and when I receive them, they are just little poker chips. But I like them for some reason...

I gave up asking that question long ago. Now I just shrug, smile, and say, "Why not?" (y)

PCF is like Hotel California.......

I'll prob never completely quit, but must greatly reduce what I have.

I'll always buy and sell on eBay in small amounts, as that gives me real pleasure, just seeing if I can do it.
