In my experience Gear is a little spotty with PMs but he always come through in the end. How long have you been trying to get ahold of him?

Yeah, idk many businesses I could’ve contacted on Friday and had a response by federal holiday Monday. But hey, heck of a way to get a vendors attention, can’t argue with results.Lol a little over dramatic for a three day wait from a very respected and busy vendor

You sent a PM on a friday and are bitching because you didn't hear back over a weekend. Wish all I had on my plate was waiting for labels......and an inability to understand other people actually have lives.(well not really the last part) Gotta love peoples need for immediate gratification and entitlement today......SMH

I didn't interpret it as entitlement, but rather as enthusiasm, passion, and excitement for this hobby, which I would never want to discourage. And it depresses me when I can't / don't respond quickly enough, and the flame goes out! Not because I might be losing a sale or a customer, but because I'm at least partly responsible for someone's disappointment and disillusionment with something that previously gave them joy.

Chris, I ordered labels two times from you and also had to wait some time for your responses.
