Those are just relabeled solids from a recent ChipRoom sale. I don't think any casino is LV has live quarters.

But in seriousness, if you are planning to build a set. I would find some options you like and try to get them from PCF. They'll probably cost you less for most then trying to harvest them and in better condition.. but it really depends where you are trying to harvest from.
Best option is places with poker rooms. Even better, ones that have limit games.

I really love the Resorts World and Aria lineups, and the bonus is both of them have really good poker rooms (though Aria’s is sometimes a little too popular for its own good, much like the Bellagio in that way). Both also have relatively easy opportunity to get “cool” denom chips too - Aria plays pretty fast and loose with their $3 drop chips, and $2s in theory can be found in the mixed limit games at RW.

As mentioned above do some searching.
You see a decent amount of people with backpacks, or shoulder sling bags in Vegas. Probably the best way to carry them.
You have exchanged money for chips, so I don't think you can get in a lot of trouble there.
Do not take the racks though because then you are stealing casino property.

Ideally the Casino has a poker room, if not , just walk up to an empty staffed table, ask for $20 in $1 chips. Have a $20 bill and a single in your other hand for tip. Easy and repeat , cash out the bad chips.
Depends on the casino. If there's a poker room you can just buy chips from the cage, makes getting racks a lot easier. No poker room you'll have to buy them from the tables. I play craps occasionally at a nearby casino and have made a habit of just pocketing the $1s I get.
I've walked out with an almost full rack of $25s before. Nobody stopped or asked me what I was doing.
Just go to the poker room if they have one. That's where you are going to be able to buy whatever chips you'd want and so on.
I've also walked into the poker room before with a list of chips that I needed/wanted and showed it to the cage person who helped me out. Tipped them $5-10 and went on with my day.
