Where to purchase Angel Playing Cards in Japan? (2 Viewers)

I was interested in trying out some Angel playing cards as I've heard good things about them. I have a friend in Japan and was going to ask if he could pick some up. Is there a specific retailer in Japan that carries them? Thanks in advance!
 
yes, Bic Cameras, Yodobashi Cameras, and Donki stores stock them on the toy floor. Some stores will have them, some won't. I didn't have much luck with the Donki's, but I have found a couple there.

You won't find any of the Angel Club Pokers though. The ones you see in store are these ones

tell your friend to stock up! Last time I went, I just bought all the stock from all the stores lol.

They're bridge size, std index, plastic and come as single decks in a nice plastic case. (choice of red or yellow). I don't know if they're acetate or PVC. The decks are cheap but shipping is expensive so order in bulk. They are really nice cards. ("same quality as their casino cards")

Only 2 setups left in the country when I bought them. No idea when they will restock.

These cards are bridge standard index. Spoke to the manager in charge of that section during pickup. Apparently no more jumbo of these will be produced for a long, long time (specifics were lost due to my bad japanese)

I know Amazon jp sells them, plus Yodobashi Umeda, which is in Osaka.

@mns99 @Hokuto789 where in Tokyo these are offered? I know someone who can grab one for me and I want to see the selection of what is offered there.

Also, no rent a car, so looking for Engel cards retailer in Tokyo, easily able to go by taking a train.
 
I'm interested too. Actually thinking about visiting the Angel factory in Kyoto in a couple of weeks if it's possible to buy some decks there...

The green box that says "Club Poker" and is a two deck set up are PVC and sometimes(usually?) jumbo index. I only have one set of them in bridge size. They are still very nice cards but are similar, if not the same as the Casino Angel for Poker green back single decks on there and the red, yellow and blue back options from the above link(not the Club Poker single decks though). The Angel Poker two deck set up is an excellent acetate card in bridge regular index, and I've had no bowing issues with them. If those came in a jumbo or blackjack index, they'd be perfect imo.

Yodobashi is a huge chain everywhere. If you can play around online on their website, you can have them transfer your items free of charge from Osaka to Tokyo with a simple click. It's also possible to have them do a stock check in every store across Japan. Takes around two days, IIRC. Doesn't need Japanese fluency as well; I can barely read Japanese lol
