A buddy I work with just brought me 3 of these. I think they are Paulson super diamonds? Never seen them before. Wonder if anyone knows anything about them? They only say WKF on one side.

Look like generic home game stamped chips to me by the way the stamping is done. I could be wrong but those look exactly like the font or stock letters we have at work that we use to stamp those similar style chips.

What’s the weight on it?

Those are super diamonds. You can see the ejection mark here, underneath the W.

These sell for under 10c a chip new. You can probably find them for 5c a chip new if you buy in bulk or even cheaper for used.

Didn’t notice the injection points on them but each chip has one. They don’t feel terrible. I’m curious now if there are more.

They are probably Marion Heavy Diamonds. They made plastic injection diamond that wasn’t half bad.

The coworker that brought them in knows nothing about them. I just wonder if there was an exhibition casino locally that used them and where they all went. Would love to uncover a local set with some history even if they are plastic.

Found this thread. It is helpful:

They look like super diamonds to me given weight and ejection mark. What distinguishes Marion's vs. Super Diamonds? Here are a couple retailers selling Super Diamonds as a reference:

Think they might be tokens for kids activities at the local Windscape Kite Festival that’s held annually. Get your face painted. One token. Balloon animal. One token. Got a email into city hall to verify this. Still neat and I still need to harvest a set  :ROFLMAO:

Weight, lol. Also the Marion’s diamonds are “crisper” and they typically have “rubber” flashing on the edge when newer in the box. The super diamonds are a harder plastic that doesn’t have flashing and the diamonds are mushy. Also there’s something about the outer ring, I think the Marion’s is a bit wider.

When you feel them you can tell too, but as above, it’s all art not science.
