Hi guys, new to the forum. I wanted to make poker chips like these here. Do they look like clay, or ceramic? And any idea where I could buy high quality ones like this? Would the smooth finish make them slippery to stack? Thanks in advance!

Just remembered that I have a couple of samples. I would say the one on the left is textured and the one on the right is smooth.

The chips in my pic don’t look textured like either one of your pics. Would it possibly be ceramic?

CPC doesn’t offer smooth anymore.

They look a little smooth to be clay. I see there's a little "G" on the chip, maybe that's Gemaco?
They might be plastic like the Tropicana tournament chips that Chip Room offered a while back, those were Gemaco too.

These actually look pretty classy as solids.

Right now, the top end for ceramics is Icon (which makes many casino chips) and BRPro Poker/ABC or Sunfly.
If you’re going for customs, I would do BRPro Poker or Sunfly, but a budget ceramic can be had from PCF group buys that use a Chinese vendors. The new hybrid ceramics are particularly promising.
