Pictured is a ripped image of a Mirage, Las Vegas table.
What is that electronic device between the cut card and muck?

More ripped pictures. These are from Bellagio, Aria, and Wynn. Very common item in casino tables.

Some of those screens also log in players reward card numbers for tracking points. Sometimes it will even let the dealer know the player’s names.

It's a Bravo interface.

Bravo is a system used by many (most?) casinos and card rooms for tracking empty seats and wait lists, recording hours played for reward club points, calling a server for food or drinks, and telling dealers which table to go to when they finish their current down.

The bravo system is nice because if u download the bravo app u can see what cash games are running at the casinos nearby (and tourney schedules) and also see the waiting lists for each game.
