Hello. I've seen this forum mentioned on many youtube videos and thought it would be a cool place to join.

I have a question that I've never been able to find an answer to. What is this device to the right of the dealer? It appears to hold a single poker chip laying flat.

That is a drop box, used for the rake collection.

It's a black hole that you can't out run unless you play for higher stakes.

And looks are deceiving that thing swallows hundreds of chips every night. It is a modern day torture device.
