They need cleaning. My best guess (Paulson nomenclature):
Day Blue, Watermelon, Purple, Day Green, Yellow
You'll really need to compare against a physical sample set side by side under good lighting to know for sure.

I think the top middle chip looks close to Salmon or maybe a slightly darker/dirtier Peach colored chip.

Yeah you're probably right. This is what happens when you try to guess from a monitor image.
