Anyone got specific cards or brand of cards that are 100% plastic that they like? I am looking for cards that are cheaper than copag but still are decent quality. I can't bring myself to buy a $12 set of cards. I am a broke college kid who loves to play poker

Modiano Texas Poker or Dal Negro Virgolone

Both are quality plastics.

Both are under $7 per pack delivered (with Prime for Amazon or with coupon via Chiplab)

Plastic cards last for years, $12 is pretty cheap. I'm just not seeing how that is expensive for any economic class. It's not like you need a dozen decks, one setup, 5-10 years, $12 bucks, that's cheap.

On sale again. Fantastic cards for dirt cheap, seller is reliable. Buy them to use or for gifts, "used at the real WSOP!". Never had any issues.

I mean, I get it but even with those you're not going to beat broken arrow's price and quality combo.
Occasionally Poker Store has a deal for these Texas Hold Em brand cards that does indeed beat all other prices considering it's free shipping and no tax (I just got a 20-pack during a Black Friday sale, $3.25 a deck with good cut card included with each. I'm splitting with friends).

Maybe I'm the only one... but I just really don't like the art on the BA cards. I actively dislike the face cards. So I can't buy any unless that were to change.

But everyone here seems to love em, FWIW!

Love those cards from The Poker Store. Full bleed on the backs and cream-colored box on the fronts. Just took advantage of that same deal with a fellow PCFer who split it with me. Thank you @mr11.

I’ll second @Bacon Dad and say that these cards have to be the best value out there. They feel nice, don’t smell, shuffle pitch well. I like the design with the cream box and the set comes with 2 deck of 10 colors. Perfect to split with a fellow PCFer! Maybe only downside is the best deal is for poker size jumbo index. I don’t mind that but some might. They have bridge size jumbo index but I think it’s like $1 more per deck.

I highly recommend Classic brand from The Poker Store. I switched to using them from Copag after some quality issues. Classic is a great brand. Feel good. Hold up nicely, and an incredible price, especially if you buy in larger quantities.

If we’re going for the cheapest-but-still-good-enough: Kardwell still have these listed, a buck a deck it makes the shipping cost hard to take 😂

I bought those from Kardwell before. It's actually $2 per deck (NOT per setup). Still great for very good cards, until the exorbitant shipping cost. Ends up not being worth it sadly. There are better deals to be had if you can wait (Black Friday at Thepokerstore.com e.g. and I imagine post-X Mas too)
