Asking for thoughts on the best way to use the following breakdown for 10 player tourney and max player 15-16?

Tournaments running time 3-4 hrs.

200 T-5
200 T-25
100 T-100
60 T-500
40 T-1,000

You could also do 13 stacks of 15/13/6/2 for T2000 on nights where you know you won't need 16 players.
(Plus one "bonus" stack of 5/15/6/2)

Suggested levels:
10-20, 15-30, 20-40, 30-60, 40-80 (remove T5)
50-100, 75-150, 100-200, 150-300 (remove T25)
200-400, 300-600, 400-800, 600-1200, 800-1600*, (remove T100)
1000-2000, 1500-3000**, 2000-4000, 3000-6000

* Expected end 10 players with T2000 stacks assuming 50% re-entry
** Expected end 20 players with T1800 stacks assuming 50% re-entry

Timing is going to be pretty tight, I dislike recommending levels shorter than 18 minutes, but that would put your tournament at 4.5 hours for the 10 handed 100BB start version, and 5 hours for the 20 handed 90BB start in my previous post.

So to get under 4 hours you are going to have to play really short levels, skip some levels, shorten the starting stack, you know the usual tournament dials.

Hopefully this gives you a decent starting point to consider though.
