The other day I came across some really nice old sands casino chips. The only problem they were severely warped. Is there any way to repair them?

Yes. Search on the site, but in a nutshell, you can warm them up in a very low oven (or out in the sun) and clamp between two ceramic chips.

Sun on a hot day is way safer than oven, and ceramic chips between every chip, not just the ends of a barrel. I just F-ed up a whole barrel of THC sunbursts!

Thanks for the tip. I will try that out on some of the cheaper chips first to get some practice.

If the sun doesn't get hot enough, try putting them in a black grill, unlit of course. Definitely monitor the temp. I wasn't paying attention and my oven got up to 140. The clay got pushed into the mold in the adjacent chip and now I have what looks to be double hats and canes molds.

Im up to try all ideas. All I can do is give it a shot. I have plenty of cheaper chips so if it doesn't come out right I wont be disappointed. Thanks
