This set was "up next" in the before times.

Gear's 43mm tribute to the Bourbon Street Hotel and Casino.
We also got our new Piatnik set up into play.

@grantc54 @Mesnik44 (with lovely wife) @Jeevansluck @Chisensei and a few locals rounded out this day's tournament.

Single table tournament, rebuys capped at 2.
We really like @grantc54 's structures so we shamelessly drew inspiration from that.
This was the first time these beauties got into play, very sharp and almost chalky.
We can't wait to play them more to butter them up.

The Piatniks were very good.
They were stiff straight out of the box, and all of us had some trouble shuffling in the beginning.
But after about an hour they were broken in and quite lovely to play with.

There was one good thing that came out of waiting to play with this set...We finally got to play with a custom button! (Keep an eye out for another give back contest.)
43mm I did him dirty.JPG
Sadly for @Mesnik44 the only photo I got of the button in play was the hand he had me with JJ over 10,10 and I hit my straight...
Sorry Man!

But in the end @Jeevansluck wound up winning the whole shebang. Congrats!

And now, back to our regularly scheduled programming of working on making your sets just as swanky.

Very nice! Chips looking good. Nav has an expression speaks for itself.

“Who’s next?” with a Hannibal smirk lol

Amazing chips! Good combo of 43s, and the inlays are great.

I was very impressed with the cards once they were broken in, significant change in the deck from start to finish.

Thanks again for hosting, a lot of fun.
