USPS during the pandemic has been very unreliable, but I have not lost a single package I think. One was 3 months late but eventually showed up. Opening a
"Missing Mail Search Request" is the best way to get action and in my experience will often result in the package turning up quickly.

What does tracking say?

Yep, have had lost packages, have had them show up.
4 days I wouldnt even bat an eye at. I've had packages show up over a month late at times lol. Packages I've sent have been delayed equally, or more.
Continue to file inquiries and claims as you are able to. My guess would be if it doesn't surface in a few weeks you will get an insurance claim reimbursement

I've only had one package go missing so far in my chipping (easily over 30) and delivery was supposed to be 6/12. A few lost claims filed, inquiries, etc. and still nothing. The customer service is something less than helpful. That being said, I think your order being from a vendor and also only four days over both work in your favor. Best of luck and file what you have to on the dates USPS recommends.

This has been our experience as well. We ship a ton of packages every day and delays have been very common, but we've had maybe 2 lost packages in the past year. @MatthewTreeTree We will certainly take care of it if they do say it's lost, no worries! We'll be the ones to make the insurance claim since we paid the postage, and in that case we'll remake your chips. We just like to give it a little while because usually what happens is that the package shows up in the process of remaking them. Apologies for the inconvenience but either way, rest assured you'll get your chips. :)

Iva had one 3 months late after losing tracking for 2 months late and about to have a another one after also going silent for 2 months. Im confident it will turn up eventually.

I have never lost a package through USPS as far as I can remember. Things fall off tracking for a while or sometimes take the long way around but ultimately always arrive. I wouldn't even be sweating it at 4 days "late".

I just shipped about 4,000 chips to two separate people across 4 LFRBs and the lady at the post office could tell the boxes were heavy and had me go through their offices and personally drop it off in the bin to get onto the trucks. The boxes never got scanned once until they passed through the recipients' local post offices'. I had a minor freak-out because it was a lot of chips and they were chips 6 months in the waiting but they still got there. Pretty quick actually.

That works out! You guys are the best poker chip company, second to none!:tup::tup:

Thank you Kristil!

Also, sent over the code they gave me so if you need that for the insurance claim and all that, do it up!

I’m nervous because USPS in my area is whacked up - plus all the political stuff going on with them isn’t good for the ol’ brainage

The delivery date has also changed twice and that was weirdly uncommon... then it just said “it’ll be late”

EDIT: I simply have major trust issues with USPS as well because of the all new people they are “just hiring”

I had a package 'get delivered' in NJ. I had shipped it to Texas. Track showed it delivered to an address in NJ. I contacted USPS and they said it had been delivered. I said 'yeah, to NJ, not TX where it was going.' and they said it had been delivered.

It took a LOT of back and forth and finally actually going to my local post office and speaking with the post master before it was actually taken seriously. Then for the insurance I had paid for they wanted proof that it was actually worth that value....

I just gave up which is I'm sure their goal.

Yes - I have a missing package search in progress now. The box of chips fell out of the SFRB in route. I called, got someone on the phone, and submitted a lost package report.

USPS is actually pretty on top of packages once they are scanned in. They had the weight and pictures of my package at every checkpoint and the lady on the phone was able to pin-point where the weight of the package changed and had pictures of where the box came open. She described to a “T” the condition of the SFRB, that was delivered, including which end of the box had come open.

All “contents” that are unmarked or come lose from a package are sent to Atlanta for processing. That process can take a long time, but I am still hopeful they show-up.

They were actually quite helpful when I called.

Just got off the phone with the local postman person, Brian. He said it’s for sure coming, he has no clue when it’s coming... but he wanted to close out the case to get himself off the clock...

USPS first attempt to try and mess with the possibility of insurance? He sounded like he is pushing for it to be re-opened right before the 15 day window.

Just very suspicious.

(Also in the back of my mind, they gave it to the alphabet boys lol)

Weird, I actually got some mail today - they were supposed to be closed? Do they deliver when they are closed?

I know for a fact the mail wasn’t in the mailbox yesterday or delivered on Saturday so that’s not the case lol
