Hi PCF! I just wanted to hop on here and give a quick update since we've received several messages asking about any delays/closures due to COVID-19.

First off, I just wanted to give a HUGE thanks to everyone who participated in the BR Pro sale - you guys completely overwhelmed us with orders and we couldn't be more thankful for your support!

We are currently still open and in production, but at a limited capacity. We expect some slight delays with orders that are currently in production, as well as any orders placed from now until further notice. We certainly are not discouraging or turning away orders, we just want to give the heads up that there may be a few days of added production time beyond our 'standard' 2-week turnaround. If you need chips by a certain date, please make sure to check with us so that we can make sure we're able to meet your deadline.

I'm not in a major rush right now. I can wait although I am chomping at the bit to see what my DDLM 43's are gonna look like. I have an idea for the other plaque but it will wait (make them rebuys).

Take all the time you need, I know 43's take a while to print and make.

Apparently not too much of a delay since I got the notice today of shipment. Only 4 days past the "2 week" notice.

I honestly can say given how much the world has gone through with the Coronavirus, that's pretty damn good.

Yeah, I didn't see a delay in my order, either. I paid on 3/5 and received 20 custom plaques and 50 custom dealer buttons on 3/26. Solid turnaround considering that I placed my order late into the 15% discount promotion PLUS the coronavirus thingy.

540 43mm chips (full custom) and I even added 12 plaques. I placed the order on the 9th and it is shipping today. That is CRAZY good.

I didn't get samples of the DDLM but I am pretty sure they are gonna be good because I bought the Wicked Spades 39's in 2017. I honestly think this is gonna call for some comparison pr0n.

Used to play it every weekend. Sometimes multiple times. Hardly comes out much anymore. Maybe I should create some custom ceramic chips with that theme!
Now my estimated time of arrival is Monday! Can't wait.
