I just don’t understand if production is underway and orders are actually shipping out to people why someone with CPC wouldn’t take 2 minutes to make a post on here with these types of updates.

We should not be confused. They have thin skin and zero marketing skills.

What they do have is the ability to do is make clay chips. A much more rare skillset and at this point we can be thankful they are up and running.

quality product must come before marketing

Imagine they had great marketing, were putting out fantastic content, getting lots of new orders, hyping up new options and add-ons…

And if even one set of chips was delivered that didn’t meet expectations PCF would rightly howl in pure outrage and indignation

Here’s to hoping they figure out how to run the operation smoothly with high quality at every step, a solid understanding of the financials so they can properly price the product moving forward, and an unwillingness to compromise on quality to boost short term revenue

Then I look forward to better / any marketing to ramp it up and hopefully greatly expand their market to bring joy to thousands of happy customers each year

2026 standards of business. Who cares if you’re worth a shit at customer service. Who cares if your communication is pure shit. Who cares if your turn around time is absolutely insane. The list of acceptable grievances grows longer by the day, as long as we can cling on to some small hope that we won’t get completely screwed in the end. To each their own, but no thank you. Maybe it’s hokey, but I still believe in the Golden Rule. For life and business. Treat others how you’d like to be treated. If poor treatment is just part of it, I’ll either skip whatever “it” is or spend 100x if necessary, to seek an alternative where me and my money are appreciated.

I think either us vastly overestimate or they underestimate how many of their clients use PCF

You can wait for your chips to finish
You can ask for your money back

If you haven’t submitted an order:
You can wait for submissions to be taken again

PCF: but can’t we also complain and explain how much better we would do it?
