Hello Folks,

I'm working on a group buy for the remaining "Fountains" from my source.

• These will only be sold in sets, you may buy as many sets as you like.
  • Those who buy the most sets will get priority over those who buy less. Otherwise first paid first served.
• There are only 10 available.
• All 10 sets must be sold for the GB to happen
• Pricing CONFIRMED $635 plus USPS flat rate shipping.
• Payment will have to be through Square or PayPal, no friends and family. Not using F&F protects you and keeps me from having to explain to PayPal why so many transactions are coming in from F&F. I've been flagged, I know they are watching.
• US only for now.
• Breakdown (400 chips)
  • $1 - 100
  • $5 - 160
  • $25 - 100
  • $100 - 40
• These are casino used condition. The $5 have heavy play in them. The other chips are in better condition and will stand on end.
• I'm being compensated in chips. But not a ton. We can debate what a GB is in another thread, but my time is valuable and these are FANTASTIC prices.

So, what do you say? Are you interested in owning a piece of history?

As to actual chips, I'm on the fence so went with maybe. Hard to say no to these even with my other chipping projects going on.

I voted maybe. I'm definitely interested. If the actual set count is 530 and the cost is 600-650, I'm in for two sets. If the set is actually the breakdown listed (400), I'm *probably* in, but would want to see pictures. Hard to pass up history.

I'm glad these aren't the shaped inlay TRKs, because I don't think I'd be able to resist and regret it in a year. That's my current plan though.

How many 5s fit in a barrel in a tray? Can you reliably count the chips by stacking them, or are they more worn than that?

Sorry Shaggy, I'm going to honor the first to pay. I needed this thread to make sure there was enough interest in 10 sets. As we speak, they are being packed up and shipping to me tomorrow. I hope to get them next week.

I probably should have done a lottery but it's a logistical nightmare.

The 5s are pretty beat. The fives will stack up with each other pretty well, the rest of the chips will stack a little higher.

They will fit 21 to a Paulson rack.

@liftapint and @pltrgyst , ballers!! I have too many other hobbies to be able to just pull the trigger out right when I see something like this, I would definitely have to sell a few things out of the meager collection to justify these, but whenever I see people snap call on $2k worth of chips or have customs made I dream of doing it myself one day and it makes me happy. I know how it felt seeing my first white box in the mailbox full of chips and how excited I was, I can't imagine the chip-joy seeing such an epic set as these sitting there.

Oh, and liftapint, now I'm really sad you didn't jump on those Double Down fracs after seeing your speed on this set. I mean seriously, they are so cool one of us should have bought them just so we could sell them back and forth to each other, we could have even met at Kenmore Lanes and saved the shipping each time...

@12thMan, It was an easy call for me, since I had been trying to hunt down a set of these recently. Very excited about this GB!!

And I too am disappointed in myself in my hesitation for the Double Down fracs. I really missed out there! I will try not to let it happen again!!!
