3 of a Kind
Possibly setting the record for the weirdest trade request, but my 10-year old daughter Josie is the chip collector in our house. She was going to donate these 3 Goldiblox sets to goodwill but when I suggested that someone might want to trade a couple of chips for them her eyes lit up.
Goldiblox are basically modern tinkertoys aimed at 4-7 year old girls. The ‘spinning machine’ in particular is pretty neat, take a look at the picture on the box cover. We think all 3 sets are complete but they don’t come with a parts list so I can’t be 100% sure. Certainly you can build any of the projects by using a part from one of the other sets if need be.
Josie’s favorite chips in her collection so far are her Royal Yak ceramic sample set (“because they feel so nice”) and her $1 live chip from the Borgata (“because it’s real”).
So if any of you scrub donkeys know a 4-7 year old girl who likes building stuff, and want a cool present in exchange for a few cool chips, Josie is open to offers.
