Tony G is absolute money and a veritable panacea in this day and age of GTO hoodie robots.

Idk poker outside of my little realm, just now getting into watching more and learning when I can.

Without knowing a ton regarding almost at that table, love Tony G. When it comes to entertainment, he’s not wrong. Watched the 40 mins, and he was by far the most entertaining.

It's not the table talk or even really the constant angle shooting that I despise about Tony G. It's the way he always berates the other player after he knocks them out of a tourney or cash game. The hand is over, the game is over for them, why berate them more after they lost. Its completely classless and It serves no purpose. It's just kicking a man when hes down and its disgusting. He is just a complete dousche bag. Guys like that need to get punched in the face once in a while.

I agree Tony G is a jerk and I generally don't get off on watching him berate other players, but the Triton games are interesting because he knows he is the whale and cannot talk down to the crushers.
Tony G goes over the line of good natured ribbing to being an outright douche pretty often. He needles people that he know won't react. I felt bad for Jungleman in that clip, despite my feelings about him. Paul Phua would've kicked his ass if he mouthed off to him, lol.

Not a fan of Helmuth but he actually handled that like a true gentleman. Tony G cross about 5 different lines in that hand and then afterwards in the trash talking. He is going to get himself into trouble one day acting like that.

I wonder if he does that just for the cameras or if he’s always like that.

He’s really good at getting under people’s skin and making opponents make mistakes. I’ve seen him do that many times. I’m not sure what Makita is thinking on that hand with bottom pair. Must be next level GTO thinking.

I feel his comments were in fairly good nature and found him entertaining until that K9-hand. Way overline imo

Haven't watched the Triton stuff, but really can't stand tony g from watching a lot of older poker content. He can be funny on a few occasions, but more often than not he is just super toxic.

For all his bluster and uncouth antics, Tony G comes across as a total wet mop when he is at the receiving end of some of the same sh1t he dishes out. Check out 12:37 when Jennifer Tilly not only outplayed the G-man but also rub salt in the wound by completely skewering him with wit ....."That was one of those hands when I didn't have anything and I knew you didn't have anything. I feel like Phil Ivey. My nothing was better than your nothing." LOL !!! :ROFLMAO::ROFL: :ROFLMAO: Tony's facial expression after getting burned by that comment was worth a million bucks. Douchebag

river bluff-raise spots they pick a hand that’s too weak to call, and blocks calling range. Usually means a 3rd/4th pair type hand. The 7 blocks 77, 78

He is jungle’s longtime backer - jungle even mentions that he is winning his own money

It wasn't the Triton clip I was talking about. Did you guys ever see the old wpt final table with him at aviation club de France? That was one of the most despicable things I've ever seen at a poker table. It's worth a watch if you havent seen it. He is out of line the whole final table especially once he gets heads up.

One of these things does not belong. Can you find it? :wtf:
  • Tony G
  • Tom Dwan
  • Phil Ivey
  • Private Jet
  • Poker Game
  • Ledger Sheet
  • Dice Chips
PS: The paper cards get a pass because there's something worse present (lol)

I remember watching Jamie Staples (I believe) hosting a tournament at his place with those very cheap light plastic chips that are just a step above interlocking chips.

Just goes to show most people don't care for chips and are just about the game/money. Very humbling. Wish I could go back to that........

EDIT: You also forgot Paper Cards to your list.
