I got this a little while back off of FB Marketplace. I’ve seen similar cases on eBay with the rolly bit. Listed as 1000 capacity. You will, of course notice from the pictures that there is a significant design flaw with this particular case. Seriously who puts a hinge like that?

Would it make you happy to hear that I always thought those puke green spots on the AS 5k were the worst possible choice out of the whole paulson color lineup?

Because @OfficerLovejoy criticized the spots on my workhorse chips. I can’t have a chip no one likes the spots.

I am just kidding…the blaze orange makes up for any bad spot color. And I don’t think the green is bad.

did you try putting the tray where the foam is and the foam where the tray is ? i think its put in backwards....

That's an interesting thought but it makes not difference. The hinge blocks the space on the top and the bottom. There is a bit of an angle on each side of the hinge which really makes it encroach on where the last row is. It'd be a problem even without that extra bend. It was only $25 but I'm still a bit taken back just by the pure bad design/execution.

I guess it's a workable 900 chip case.

I agree, if you just drill out the rivet holding each end of the hinge, it should work.
If a hinge is still required to make the top not bend too far, maybe a small length of nylon ribbon where the hinge was?
