Interesting. Your chart as "chicken" and a different site had it as "rooster". Officially I'm that (as I'm in January), but I would prefer Dog from your chart!

It is usually translated as "rooster". I actually didn't notice it had said "chicken". Some of the other animals can also be translated in different ways, like "goat" will sometimes say "sheep".

Correct. Year is Dog, but actual birthdate is Rooster. Apparently an "Earth" rooster.
