Good question. Honestly not sure, but seems like the previous owner tried to make it look like edgespots. Not noticeable from the side though, so its a bit wierd but I don't mind to much.
Since this is a pr0n thread and not just a begging for black bursts thread, I'll help @DZPoker out a bit. Here's his awesome cash set.

I used to have a Cali coloured Starburst cash set. I forgot where it ended up. Probably split between a whole bunch of members by now.
