Caught a nice heater, and finished 2nd. Got it all in with a King high flush, only to see my opponent turn over the nut flush. He had me by only 1,500 chips.

So this casino frowns on picture taking? When I was in Vegas last month taking pictures in Flamingo was no problem, especially after a bad beat hand at my table...actually dealer suggested and encouraged it. And I actually saw tourist with SLR camera snapping pics all over casino floor and he had no issues with staff.
Then at Venetian I was railing brother-in-law in a tournament. Three players were all-in, so there was no more betting action. I went to snap a cell phone pic but director quickly came over and said no pictures!
Just curious why rules/policies are so different.....

When I first started visiting Vegas, most places were pretty clear that didn't allow pictures of their gaming operations. But cell phone cameras were much less prevalent at that time. Nowadays, with everyone having a camera on-hand at all times, I think they realize there is little they can do to prevent it. Certain casinos/poker rooms embrace it, while others still do what they can to stop it (I been told several times, to step away from the craps table, when replying to texts)

Really casinos only like two types of photos, or video. When they've paid a company to come in, and takes pictures for promo purposes (i.e. pictures for their website, etc.) And when a studio pays them, to shoot a movie in their casino.

Here's a little Super Bowl Eve prOn!
A big thanks to @slisk250 , for finding these on eBay, and sending me the link! These are from a custom Paulson set, done by a former Bronco Quarterback, Norris Weese. He succeeded Archie Manning at Ole Miss, and then played for the Broncos from 76-79.
He played in the 78' Super Bowl ( he relieved Craig Morton, after Morton threw his 5th pick of the game). He was the starter for the 79' season, until a knee injury ended his career. Unfortunately, he passed away from bone cancer in 95'.

Finished fifth. Unfortunately went card dead when the blinds were really high. Not bad, but not the result I needed. I'm gonna have to play "lights out", the last 10 weeks, in order to finish in the top 3, and make some $$$$$$.

They are an incredible find. No telling how many similar sets are out there in closets of the children of dead people or stuck in storage units when people forget about their poker hobby...
