No real story with this one. @David Spragg made Ewing mold available for public orders and I jumped on the chance. This set pays homage to my alma mater, the school crest on the inlay with a vintage look. @Okku was great to work with and absolutely nailed the essence of the theme I was going for. With most of my other custom sets, I built this one from the $5 chip and worked my way out from there. Two racks of quarters to make it easy for starting stacks. Two racks of $1's for the same. Four racks of $5's to make the bank deep and to have more of the sexiest chip in the lineup in stacks on the table, while giving opportunity for the $25's and $100's to hit the table if the game gets really deep at a meetup. Not a single color offering repeated in the set whatsoever.

Something I’m noticing on these Ewing sets today is that the edges look a little softer than I’m used to seeing on a fresh out of the box CPC set. They look a bit more buttery. Any truth to that or is it an illusion?

Fantastic set!! Love all of the edge spot and color combos... not a dog in the bunch. My favorite chip is one that hasn't been mentioned. I think that $1.00 is fine as wine

I prefer the Courtyard over the Fairfield Inn when talking Marriott properties.

Chips are fire. Not surprised as you did the work, all your sets are fire. I love the $100 and the $1 the most. Stunning set, can't wait to play with them.
