Do kitchen knives count? I've got some opinel pocket knives, but they're nothing to write home about. Not good lighting, but here's a carbon steel Nikiri I picked up in Japan. If you're ever in Tokyo and like cooking knives, definitely check out Kamata Hakensha, they've been in business over 100 years (https://www.kap-kam.com/en/).

Intending to use as an all purpose general carry. I haven’t carried a knife in prob 15yrs though, so I’m really green when it comes to all things knives nowadays.

I went with salt bc I like the idea of corrosion resistance. I live in CO but do enjoy fishing trips few times a year

Nope,

I have folder by Tuya and few fixed by Mattiini and Muela.

I am now in process of buying somthing special and expensive but also extremly cool....

I have a few fakes, and frankly like one of them so much I felt it was worth buying the real thing.

I got the Spyderco Positron with s35vn steel.

Have a few Miguron Velona flipper EDCs
Blue - micarta scales, 3.5" 14C28N blade
Black - carbon fiber scales, titanium handle, 3.5" M390 blade
Green - micarta scales, 4" 14C28N blade
the long fuller makes flicking easy and looks great
Blue micarta scale version has a larger rear flipper and larger choil and is lighter (96g vs 130g) than the g10 scale versions
