Looks like you only have 74 colors based on the first pic, so you're missing 14 from a full set.

Looks like it’s time for me to go dig in the box to find the others. I got these in 2013 did the set at that time have 84 chips?

I actually have 77 in this set which is the set I used when designing. So I’m hopeful that they are just in my desk.
