Template for Playing Surface Design? (2 Viewers)

I'm in the process of purchasing a new playing surface for a table build - T_Chan is the person I've selected for the felt. Does anyone have a template for felt that I could use for the design? I'm relatively adept at Photoshop, but can't seem to find the base template from which to start. Appreciate anyone that can help!
