I have a small question that I don't understand. Maybe it has been discussed before, but I couldn't find it.
What's the story with the Tech Art cards that are often used in casinos for blackjack and how does it work?

I don't understand why the ace is placed lower and the kings are not.
Are they good for playing games other than blackjack? Isn't it a problem when the indexes are down and you hold the cards in your hand like a fan, which is common in many games?
