Hey guys,

I purchased a couple of 4 Suit Molds (MD-33) this year and am planning to take a shot at stamping them. They seem to be compression molded (no dimples and shiny metal flakes) but are definitely on the very light side of all chips i touched so far. Also they are more slippery than Paulson, ASM/CPC.

Still working out my planned design as of now, but once that is done i will need to figure out quite a lot of stuff.

For starters, i currently can't and won't go high i budget for this project, so i wonder what are the cheapest options for a device that can hotstamp chips. I don't plan to make any relevant amounts of chips in the future and am not afraid to do most stuff manually, so i hopefully don't need any chip specific gear for this.

I will keep you guys updated in this thread and hopefully some of you got experience with similar projects or attempts they can share...
