Tourney T100 two tables (1 Viewer)

Looking for some help from tournament hosting pros for an upcoming 2 table bounty tournament. Some details:

Currently 18 players signed up. Planning for the max (20 players). Looking to try a T100 setup with starting chips of 20k or 25k. I can do 10/6/6/3 with my current chips. Have some extra chips for chip ups.

$20 entry, $5 to bounty. 1 rebuy allowed. Few seasoned players, majority casuals. Tournament timeframe 3.5 - 4 hours. Hoping for advice/guidance on a good structure.
Also a proper payout structure for 18-20 players.

Never hosted a tournament, but nobody says my structures are wrong so this should be fine. The following is definitely a turbo structure, but you need it to fit a 2TT in 4 hours (which this will approximately be). End rebuys at or sometime before the end of level 5.

18 Minute Levels, 10 Minute Breaks (or however long it takes to color up)

200/500
400/800
600/1200
Break - Color Up 100s
1K/2K
1.5K/3K
2.5K/5K
4K/8K
6K/12K
Break - Color Up 500s and 1Ks
10K/20K
15K/30K (Estimated EOT)
25K/50K
40K/80K
60K/120K

With 16-20 players, this pays out 20-25% and keeps the calculations simple. Round each to the nearest dollar unless you want to keep 4 quarters handy.

Payouts:
1st- 40%
2nd- 25%
3rd- 20%
4th- 15%
