Replacing this set with the rounders group buy as the stakes for that are better than this set (need quarters)

this is is a GREAT set of chips and a perfect bank for a strong 1-2 game.

600 - 5s
100 - 25s
50 - 100s

this also includes 4 decks of stardust cards (2 gold backs and 2 silver backs)

$1,050 shipped in the US.

I would be interested in 20 $25s and 5-10 $100s if this ever gets broken up.

Condition?

They may make a great .25/.50 cent set with a rack of fracs added. Bank's a little small for 1/2 up here.

Condition is very good. Used in the casino but they all can stand on edge. No chipping or other wear. I was surprised to see how good the condition was when I got them.

Very unlikely it will get split.

A bank of almost $11k is small for a 1/2 home game?? How the hell do I get an invite??

Look for the BBotB5 thread. Express interest. Show up.

Not all games spread that week will play THAT big, but we are known to get out of hand...

Of course, main game is limited seating, and in high demand. We may need to do 2 1/1 tables this year.

Keller I'll take the under on $11k for the chips in play at the biggest single table running during BBotB5 provided you're not allowed to put chips in play solely for the purpose of winning the bet. $100 even money.

Not trying to hijack your thread entirely, Brad! Those are the best chips released over the last couple years imo, so I'm sure you'll be able to move them eventually.

Maybe some better pics might help?

I missed the stardust find/release and had to go digging to find out what they are :)

I have seen these chips first hand (not this particular set, but the chips as a whole. They are as close to "mint" as you will find for chips that were actually put into use. I saw about a dozen boxes of the $5.00s and the edges were sharp as tacks. The $1.00s will not slice your fingers but I would be shocked at any of them NOT being able to stand on edge with ease. This is a GREAT set, and finding a frac to allow it to play "smaller" should be no trouble.

Snap these up in a heartbeat, if not for the purchases I have recently made.

Thanks for the info. My only concern is I think I remember seeing shots of the inlay and they had the stardust website printed on them and it really annoyed me . I know I can search for some additional photos but just being lazy.

I believe you are correct. All I remember is thinking about how to get my hands on them. did not like the break downs for the initial sale, or I would have had some of these already.

yeah they do. normally i would find that a bit irritating also, but i think it's unobtrusive enough here. love these chips, particularly the $1s and the $25s.

open image in new tab and click to expand to easily see the website printed along the top of the inlay.

The Case For The Stardust Mansion Set:

Original Cash and Tourney sets? Check! (not many original Paulson tourneys around!)
Stardust house mold? Check!
Cool inlay design? Check!
Black inlays? Check!
Great colors? Check!
Great, great condition? Check!
Priced reasonably? Check!

Yes, there's no fracs for it but a lot of other sets don't either... Spot pattern might be too simple for some but it works really well for others...

* Disclamer: I do own a set of Cash and a set of Tourney... Already added to both sets a few times otherwise I'd be snagging those...

i think i originally voted yellow for the relabeled frac, but seeing them side by side like that, i'm definitely going silver now.

I went a little different route... Used the secondary T100 as I did not want to repeat any tourney colors on my cash set (not to mentioned the T5000 were going for way higher in price)... It got a little too close to the red $5s so I decided to go with a white label so when scooping pots, it's easier to stack them right... Haven't had any issues so far... Loved Tommy's results and if it wasn't for my tourney set I'd have gone with gray>hotpink>yellow>salmon... :( Had to work with my least favorite option...

Thank you all for adding more ( and better) pictures!

the silver quarter really looks fantastic and almost makes me second guess this decision...but the rounders chips are calling. I've gotten some side requests for the 25s and 100s but will only sell if other chips are accounted for.

chips still available but PM me if you are only looking for 1s or 5s.

thanks!
