No it just gets hot with 10 people sitting around a table lol. The shuffle tech works great. I've never had it jam running copags. I have had it jam a couple times using faded spade. I presume this is due to the added thickness and rougher texture.
That is what I really wanted to learn. I have a few deck of Copag, Faded spade v2 and v3 and a few other ones. I am fine with any of them which does not jam, in this case it looks like Copag. Thanks for this info :)
 
I've gotta say, we get about 30% more hands a hour with it, and it's a lot easier to deal and not worry about most of the shuffling past some passive riffle

I really like the faded spade design though compared to the copags. I played 4 hours on Friday and the FSs didn't jam once so it's not a huge issue. Just being picky.
 
Thanks to everyone commented on the thread. I gave my decision and directly ordered from Shuffletech's website. I am in Europe now, will be in US in 10 days, pick up and try the device and write here about my experience for the other forum members who may be interested in.

Even though it is clearly stated that "IN STOCK & READY TO SHIP" for their ST1000 device, the Shuffle Tech representative in the live chat told me that it is in the backorder and not in the stock, so he should cancel the order if I will be in US for a short time very soon. I told ok, but he also little kind of scolded me by saying "why didn't you order from euro site, I don't understand why etc..." Even I tried to respond him, he was just rude and not listening. It is my business right? I have no demand from them, just send my device. US or Europe, it is my problem not theirs. Clearly I have some reasons. And he just kicked me from the chat and closed the chat screen. Very rude behavior from a Shuttletech employee! Just wanted to write here.
 
By the way, opposite to their knowledge, the item is also not in the stock in the Euro store. Strange company.

That is terrible. I didn't have any of that experience when I ordered mine. I'm sorry to hear this.

Did the person have a name?
 
I don’t have any name but I suspect I would write the guy’s name on a public place even if I had it. The conversation took place at around 09:45 am EST though.
 
Thank you. I still think this is a nice device and will add a lot of value to the game, but I hope after sale experience will be better than pre-sale experience I had.
 
Actually this is what they state on their web site;

As of Dec 26th, 2022 – this item is currently on backorder. Placing your order now gets you in the queue for our next round of shipping starting on Jan . 16th, 2023. Thank you.

I had the thread open since last year and didn't see this update! That's terrible!
They do say on the website that's it's backordered and will be shipping starting Monday the 16th. I was told I should have it by the end of next week.
I hope you receive yours during your visit window, invas1on!
 
I have sold one auction style on here about 2 years ago… it didn’t sell for what I was hoping to get.

I am in Canada and shipping is annoying as hell. Also dislike the wonky rates on PPal.
