Not Mine Shuffle Master (1 Viewer)

It's the older model. DeckMate2 is the newer version, and what most casinos use. There are probably a lot of casinos that still have rental/service agreements for the original DeckMate.

This is for a MD1. I am not saying you couldn't use it for poker, but it is really old and meant for shuffling entire shoes (blackjacks, baccarat)

so, the auction is a deckmate & your link is a MD-1. pix are super crappy there for some reason so hard to be definitive looking at the "MD-1" but, a 21 shuffler has 2 towers: you load the spent shoe into 1 & the other produces the newly shuffled shoe. i'm seeing that there's shufflers i'm not familiar with but the poker shufflers i see have the 1 trap door & work kinda similar to a 21 shuffler but have capacity for 2 single decks (you load the spent deck and pull out the newly shuffled deck) but, anyway ~1 door.

the description in the auction says, "great enhancement to other single-deck, hand-pitched games" & the deckmate 2 pictured above is clearly a poker shuffler

Try clicking the link for Shuffle Master $1300 there in the OP. It leads you to an eBay posting for the MD1

yeah, i see that now. it is a blackjack shuffler ~albeit a super weird one.

OK so, the 1st link is 21 & the last link is poker

i remember hearing about them in '95 & talk was that they were unreliable. idk, never saw a shuffler for years after that. sure makes dealing pai gow a whole different bag though
