Show Us Your Live Stacks (18 Viewers)

Started with a tourney (out early), then moved to a $1/$3 NLHE game and ended up ahead for a good night. Two reasons the cash game chips are only pictured in racks:
  1. I had to wait for a seat, so I snapped the chips I bought in a rack while waiting. The greens never saw the felt. Since the stacks at the table I was assigned to were short, I only put the $200 in reds into play and pocketed the greens (my weird method for self-discipline). It felt weird to snap a picture of such a measly stack.
  2. When I racked up to leave, I had just felted the guy right next to me a few hands prior and it felt like a total dick move to take a picture of my stack like a teenage girl on Instagram and then peace out. So, I stopped on my way to the cage and snapped a pic of the rack on an empty table.
Starting chips for the tournament (while they lasted):

Give me ALL those tournament chips :nailbite:

Love the pics! Looks like a lot of fun, but I have to ask; what was this? That table at The Flamingo looked like it had a table topper, rather than a fully installed layout. Mr. Siegel would be very disappointed in the shoddy craftsmanship:

...or was that just a weird shadow and I'm overreacting?

it wasn't a table topper but their tables are definitely old lol.

wonder how many times a member made a comment at a casino that made another player think "wow, that guy is really into poker chips/tables"

We're weird. How many football fans would obsess over if Wilson slightly changed the shade of the NFL ball, or seek desperately to find a game-used pre-1970 ball with the original "The Duke" stamp...?

Wsop is still in town and am fortunate to be staying the weekend in Tunica with some friends from Chicago that flew down. Wasn't feeling all that well early in the night and decided to keep it small. I bought in for $300 at the 1/3. That turned into a buy in at 2/5 so I said f-it and jumped over. I played the must move table till I got swapped to the main game before cashing out around just short of $2,200.

Not live, since I'm back from my trip.... but got to play a bit @ Caesars after a six hour flight delay for my four hour flight. Extreme kudos to @Redbelly for making sure I was on my flight and having my fellow passengers assume I was famous (by having the captain come take a selfie with me after I got my seat LOL). The $5 were quite gunky... but I was happy to win more of them than I started with. :)
