I was looking for Bounty Buttons with a very simple Design. I prefer a cleaner look, so you can recognize from Distance these are no regular Chips. Because I didn't find any suitable I try to make my own.

These are the results of my Experiment:
Left: 3D printed Plastic, 43mm
Right: Wood with Laser Cutter, 46mm

I prefer the 3D printed ones. A Laser Cutter is far more precisly, but Plastic feels and sounds better.
I'm not sure whether I will use them in a Game, but it was nice to try something new :)

Good work. Here in the forum there are many ideas for 3D printing, from racks to bomb pot figures. Have you already tried anything else?

I have done both of those as well as laser engraving on acrylic which is what I use now. I know many people who had a batch of custom ceramic bounty chips made by @BR Pro Poker . I had some dealer buttons made which I used regularly.
