RIP Joe Daley (1 Viewer)

Sad news indeed. I remember Joe from our time on the blue wall and I was fortunate to talk to him several times.

He will be missed.

Joe was an old-school throwback; always willing to dive in and help if he could but never one to take any crap from anybody. I worked with him on several group buys and PGI group offerings -- great guy but stubborn with strong principles and lots of genuine enthusiasm.

He wa involved on both CT and PCF, and made a lot of great stuff available for chippers. He bought the old Hispania compression clay assets, purchased the defunct Chipco International assets after John S. was imprisoned for tax fraud, and made original Chipco blanks available again before selling a lot of stuff to Gene @ ABC/BRPro when retiring from Palm Imports / Palm Gaming International.

Short list of PGI chip-related offerings: the original Private Cardroom china clays on the greek key mold, updated Royal Yak ceramics, excellent PCF Tournament ceramic chips, Championship Poker Series china clays, both Palm Gaming and Chipco branded acrylic chip trays, along with countless dealer buttons, custom and semi-custom ceramic and china clay chips, laminated labels for plastics and china clays, and budget-priced plastic playing cards -- all at great prices.

RIP, Joe. Save me a seat at the poker table, buddy.

Wow, didn't hear about this. Joe was a very cool guy, got lots of stuff from him. I found his chip racks to be the best, wish I had more of them. Rest in peace Joe

I remember palm imports from back in the blue boards. Joe was pretty active there and offered so much to the community. I'm sad to hear of his passing. He was lucky to be doing what he loved to do and we were lucky to have him in our community.

I purchased quite a bit of chips from him. I always reminded him that I lived in the town where he went to Valley Forge Military Academy. Coincidentally, that school just recently closed permanently.

Always a great personality and an asset to the poker and chipping community.

Rest in peace my friend!

I forgot about the 8V dunes.

The original Private Cardroom china clays on the greek key mold were my first 'big boy' set of chips. Still have them. Still love them. Thank you Joe and I hope you rest in peace.

Damn sad indeed. He made a couple felts for me. Still use my Havana Room felt. Great quality and excellent service. RIP Joe

Joe made my custom plaques with my J5 artwork. I can’t believe they are both gone now. RIP fellows.
