Hey everyone! Tetsuya here, from Germany — the Black Forest region to be more specific.

The last time I played poker was around 2012. Back then I was already looking to replace my dice chips with something better. I actually bought some Desert Palms CC samples from Apache and a few Paulson samples at the time, but since I was young and broke, I never ended up pulling the trigger on a full set. Fast forward many years later, I've rediscovered my passion for poker — and this time I finally pushed myself to create an account here.

One thing I'll always kick myself for: not buying a full set of Paulson chips back when they were going for around €1.40 a piece and could be ordered straight forward from some online shops, even in Germany. Ouch...:(

Right now I've got my eye on the relatively new Tangiers Tina hybrid chips with faux inlays. There's just something magical about that set.
But since I don‘t have a home game running right now, I don‘t even know if it‘s going to be a cash or tournament set

Cheers from the Black Forest!
Tetsuya

Welcome!

Build it and they will come.

Are there local cardrooms or a poker community?

Pros and cons with either cash or tournie, I prefer cash but some do Tourneys and then cash after.

Welcome! Quite a large number of chippers couldn't resist Tina's Tangiers, lol. They came out awesome for what they are.

Thank you everyone :-)

I don't know about any cardrooms, guess not. I just got in touch with some guys nearby, but don't know yet how big this community is.

I might have some spare cash labeled samples.

I'll dm you, thank you very much.

I‘m from the Harz region, not that far away. Send me a PM if you would be interested to chat or meet up some time and play together! I‘m hosting a pretty new home game every other week!

Hello and welcome! Good call on the Tangiers faux inlays on the Tangiers mold - amazing!! I'm obsessed. Lol
