Your structure should end around L14 (10000sb/20000bb), so around six hours total including the 1/2-hour break. If you want the tourney to last 7-1/2 hours, just go with 30-minute levels all the way from the beginning.

However, I highly recommend that you change your L8 bet values to 2000sb/4000bb. There is no valid reason to have that big of a jump from L7 (67%), when all of the other level increases are quite tame (averaging 28%).
