I have two other players at my game besides myself that are handicapped and we use a Shuffletech for that reason. Works fine for us and no one bitches about any noise.

Obviously a deck mate isn’t in everyone’s budget. After almost 15 years of having a steady game it’s time to step up my game. It’s a luxury to have and I’ll leave it at that. So far it’s been great. We are getting out at least 4-6 hands more an hour and the players expression’s when they see it is 100% worth it.
I was originally of the opinion that shuffletechs were really loud. I went to a game where it was slotted into a junky metal case. Couldn't hear a thing even when sitting next to it and there were two tables with shuffletechs running at full speed. Now the only thing is that it doesn't fit bridge sized cards.
