The one adjustment I thought of is if you would be calling an all in as an underdog you have to consider the possibility that you would only be drawing to 80% of the pot. If players make that adjustment that's bad for action as well.
Personally, I think these swings are part of playing no-limit. If you want a lower-variance game, there's plenty of limit games to join.
But we'll see if they make a run at this I guess. But it doesn't hold much appeal to me.
