Extras: I also have 4 racks of $2s and 1 rack of $25s that can be bought separately (@ $235/rack **$225/rack** for $2s/$450 for the $25s -- I paid $250/rack for the $2s).

Condition: Near mint to mint -- most chips are still unfelted and were purchased as "mint" on PCF. All other chips have been gently felted exactly one time, with 1 exception: 40 of the 100 $25s were used 10 times as bounties for tournaments (bounty overlabels have since been removed). Mint unfelted chips include all $20s and $100s, 2 of the 4 racks of $5s, and 60 of the 100 $25s. I couldn't tell the difference between the felted and unfelted $5s, so they are all being sold for the same price.

Full Set List Price: $5,000 **$4,775** ($175 discount compared to $5,175 **$4,950** split pricing).

Not included: Shipping, fees, insurance, sample set and acrylic racks not included. Insurance optional, at buyer's expense. PPF&F or buyer adds cost for G&S fees.

Splits: Will allow rack or barrel splits, once all 1,000 chips in the "Full Set" are accounted for. "Extras" can be spoken for by the rack at any time. Barrel split dibs of extras will not be allowed until all Extras have been totally accounted for.

Binding dibs sale: Place dibs in thread only If you say dibs, that means you've committed to buying. Please don't reneg.

Priority: First priority goes to a full set buyer, then to racks, and then barrels. Basically, more chips trumps prior dibs for lesser quantities being requested, until all chips have been fully accounted for. ***FBO you buyers, racks of Extras are not being subjected to the "more chips rule" ***

OP updated for running tallies of dibs if split of full set and separate sales of extras. I wanted to note that @jga was unable to post in the thread as a new PCFer but PMd me for 140 $2s and 80 $5s. Consider this post as a dibs proxy on his behalf. Also note that I am allowing barrel splits at this time for the remaining $2s (3 barrels) and $25s (5 barrels).

UPDATE: After a tough negotiation between me, myself and I, we have all decided on a deal where I hold back a barrel each of the following chips:
