If anyone is on the fence about tech support from @jamesjkim don’t be. There is a fairly large cluster of these machines in the Bay Area and he has been at the center of it. He may not know as much as @minedelta but he has seen and serviced a lot of issues with these machines over the past 18 mos or so.

It’s more about knowing what to do, how to do it, and remotely communicating instructions in an efficient way. The vast majority of repairs and replacements are easy to execute. Think assembling a PC level of difficulty.

@minedelta has assisted me remotely with stuff like a DM1 motherboard and a DM2 internal screen replacement.
