Can I ask, what is the story behind these president chips? Why were they made and what were they used for? I see the Eisenhower has a denom but not the others.

I really don't know. Maybe someone with knowledge of these chips could help us out?
@BGinGA I'm always amazed by how much you know.
Would you be willing to help us out with the story of these chips?

I've seen the dog chips as well and thought the same thing, although from what I've seen those have denoms. Not sure if there were a casino chip or some sort of custom jobber. I wonder if these things are just a one off imited edition type thing. I was gonna use it for a bounty chip but I need 10 and I don't feel like looking for 5 more lol.

Paulson moved chip manufacturing from Las Vegas to Mexico in 1995, and expanded production capacity in 1997.

During this time, they produced a variety of different chips designed and intended for consumer use, typically sold in their Paulson stores located in Atlantic City and Nevada. The consumer chips were made on the web mold, THC mold, and relatively new RHC mold, and featured themes such as presidents, generals, automobiles, airplanes, animals, fictional casinos, and other fanciful designs.

Most used and shared a rather narrow range of base and spot colors and patterns, although there were exceptions made when customer returns or non-payment dictated the use of previously-made slugs with fantasy artwork and other similar arrangements.
