The Matsui plaques were a group buy at chiptalk back in the day. There are several different designs of the ceramic plaques, most of those are individual custom orders (though I believe there was a big French group buy a few years back).

Some help I would really do appreciate!
Got a playable set of PNY's once again, third time in 8 years (and final time) I've built a set of them. It's a modest set, but maybe I can find a few more of the chips I'm looking for to increase it a little. Don't want a massive set, another rack of $1's and prolly a few more $5's. I've kept a rack of the Ameristar quarters for a number of years for such a time as this, my favourite frac for the PNY's
Interesting how PNY is one of the most controversial and disliked sets, yet loved by so many who have been building monster sets. Congrats to @BloodyMarvelous' set, it's an amazing display of devotion

If you ever decide to let loose of a barrel of Primary 100's and barrel of primary 500's let me know. Those chips are beautiful! Very Nice collection. It looks like more than 2000 but who's counting?

I am very envious of ALL of your very large PNY sets. I don't think I am addicted and driven enough to accumulate sets like these, given current prices. I'll keep watching Storage Wars and maybe I can snatch a monster set real cheap

Mostly decoration these days (also recently sold some of the chips in the pics and put the cash toward some TRKs).
Haven't hosted in a bit and only a few times in the last couple of years (all upstate in Orange County).
... though going to try to get a semi-regular cash game going again.
I don't believe so.. maybe indirectly. Each rack of the relabeled $1ks came from different sources.
Sad I sold my set!
