As i myself go through the process of piecing together a Tina custom set using the many many available pre-defined sets I have identified the following things that might make this journey more fun and efficient to go through and more efficient for Justin too.

1. Make finding a specific chip set design easier - sort capability (on chipset name to start but there are other criteria people will want to sort on), name search capability,
2. Eliminate duplicates from the previews of the chipsets
3. provide a easy-to-use and highly visible FAQ of the questions that get asked pretty regularly each month - unless I've missed this and it already exists

As I've posted elsewhere, ultimately it would be great if PCF had a tool dedicated to this process. I've proposed a database design for such a tool. I could help with implementing the database side of this tool but I'm not a front end developer.

I could also work on the FAQ.

Toward the ultimate goal, I've created a spreadsheet (which can't be attached here but could be added to the resource section with Tommy's OK) that contains 3 columns, Chipset Design Name, Chipset Type (hybrid, no mold) and a clickable link to the chipset image file as it sits in the /attachments directory of the PCF forum. So far I've only catalogued the labeled, hyrbid chipsets (so,not the no label sets or the no mold sets). I could add in the other sets of pre-deisgned chipset but want to wait to get confirmation that what I'm doing will be useful for others.

Vote early and often!

Hey man. Any news on this?
Am looking into starting to like a Tina set but no clue where to start and starting from scratch in Chipmatic seems a bit too much for my imagination at the moment.

In case you haven't seen it, there is a monthly Tina group buy thread. You can see various pre-designed sets and post in the thread what you want to order and Justin will follow-up with a DM. Post #1 explains. You can also use the Chipmatic tool to design from scratch.

For pre-designed sets see @chipzilla answer. If you want a custom set hire a designer, totally worth it! @mattross1313 for example did plenty of awesome and affordable design work for me.

No, this didn't go anywhere. The process of figuring out what you want is challenging because you can't sort or filter the available public designs and molds. You have to scroll and scroll and scroll, up and down over and over. And it keeps getting more difficult as the number of designs and molds and chip sizes grows. This is compounded by the fact that you can mix and match labels and designs. I also feel for Justin because he has to keep answering the same questions over and over every month.

1. Justin has been at this for a while now, I'm sure he's been asked same questions over and over .. this would probably warrant the creation of a searchable FAQ's section or dedicated thread?? I'm probably wrong and he has one already I'm sure. I just haven't found it

2. I haven't tried the super cool, chip o matic designer thingy yet, so not sure if this function has been already integrated or not, but...
Maybe "stock" or most popular chip designs could be added to it, to start off with a drop down main category with like, Hybrids, after selecting, a sub-cat of molds like web, greek, etc.. to start with, then lable designs, etc.... from the main cat, have hybrid, card mold, no mold, etc., each with its sub cats, then most popular design, etc... this gets a person started, then an order form, etc, etc..??? Like I said, I'm sure whoever built the chip o matic has already added this, or is working on it .. I'm just spitballing into the wind here..😁

I've been a database, web developer for over 30 years, have built many types of these web based systems, I'm pretty much enjoying my retirement and pretty burnt out on all this stuff. Just trying to help a bit. GL on this project!!
Aloha ✌️😁🤙
