ToS should really include some type of punishment for unbated and continued abuse of the report functionality. Be good, rational adults people, use your powers of critical thought.

The Mods have stated repeatedly along the lines of "you wouldn't believe what people will report" (publicly). At this point, I just have a following that is reporting technicalities that require a very specific interpretation to even think there has been an offense.

In the case of member-to-member sales, whether in the form of a classified ad or auction for items being sold, users shall not post negative comments with regard to the member, the product offered, or the price listed. Such posting will not be tolerated. If you have an issue with the item or price, contact the seller via private message/conversation

I'd have trouble believing that any tenured or new member would read that thread and think that I was being negative about you, BTPs, or trade value.

OR, I could just shut the f*** up. That's probably the best move given my history and solves everyone's problems. I honestly don't think the problem is entirely mine, I also don't lay it out at the feet of the Mods or those reporting, but I guess I am the only one that could solve it. Sucks giving the squeaky wheel that kind of power, but when there is only one solution available, that's probably the best one.
