Was very close to buying the whole thing — then one of our 2 four ton 20 seer units just died. And it’s 118 degrees here.

I had to replace both the upstairs and downstairs HVACs within 1.5 years apart. Ouch that stung. Luckily got no % financing on both. Just paid off the upstairs one last month. It's like having 2 extra car payments. I upgraded from builder grade (China Clay) to Paulsons though. GLWS!
